do you know that you will not receive any credits until the buyer has received the ps3? that seems to be a common misconception with new sellers, if you do know then that's awesome and I hope you do well here on listia...welcome to the community.

WHOA!!! You're taking this way to personal for this to be a "legit" auction as you have claimed Rob. So, what can you do to clear things up a bit:

First, you can unpack the items you claimed you have already boxed for shipping and take more pics with your Listia name on a piece of paper next to the item; just to clear up that little misunderstanding. Then you should respond to every question that is being asked pertaining to the item(s) that are being auctioned here. Most importantly, being sarcastic and rude in your comments only makes this auction seem more like a fraud... so you might want to tone that down a bit.

Lastly, the email I received from Listia stated that your other auction was removed due to it violating Listia terms. Had you simply removed it, I'm pretty sure I would not have received that email from Listia.

Just in case you're a bit confused as to why it seems like you are being attacked is because "we" despise nothing more than fake auctions posted by scammers here on Listia. So "we" do all that "we" can to expose fraudulent auctions and scammers at any cost.

Look, apparently you guys don't understand the concepts here. I deleted my other auction, thank you very much, because too many ppl we're fighting over the fact and ruining the whole fact of it's purpose! Just the same of what's happening here! Quit asking negative questions and maybe I'll answer them. Stop devoting your every minute in waiting for me to comment. I work, I have kids to take care of. None of any of you with negative comments are gonna get to me. I'm not here for nagging and frustration. And I haven't answered alot of questions because most all questions are already answered in the description of the item! YES!! What you are seeing is legit (answered in items description). And again, I have multiples of the same items in hand!!!! I work over a game & video store! So stop asking so many negative questions! Simply ignore this entire listing if the only thing you're trying to do is crush who is in it with me. Rob, another Listian asked that you at least verify your account and your response was "that's not necessary, Listia knows everything I'm doing is legit"? Please tell me you're joking... There's a reason why Listia has that option, and I can assure you that it's not for Listia but it's for the bidders to know that you are a legit member who plan to post legit auctions.

I also notice that you have the game Call of Duty - Black Ops on two auctions. This means that you actually have two (2) of these games in your possession and that you plan on shipping them out to separate winners. Is that correct?

If the images happened to be photoshopped, it would only be right to inform all the viewers by posting that information. This lets us all know that there is a strong possibility that you do not have these items in your possession and for everyone to bid at their own risk.

If this is in fact a legit auction, everyone will be looking forward to your next response.

ok everyone can see the picture was photo shopped you put your name in there , there a few red flags , the things im looking at though , 1 your not saying its not been done that way 2 most the time when ppl go through that much trouble its a scam , i hate to say that but its true , you can get your credits back on listia , and you can get your money back from paypal , just file a dispute with both , and when you send the money send it as services not as a gift they cant do anything if its a gift , just keep that in mind who ever wins , and save all transactions as pdf for your records just in case , hey if its legit you have a great auction but at the very least you could have put in description that you use Photoshop to add your name and be truthful about it , and like that other user said , it might be over head lighting , i dout it but the reflection would still be there , your ok im not accusing you of anything im just trying to give others a heads up! they should know what there bidding on , anyway good luck to you i hope its legit and good luck to the winner
