This is a used Butane Spider Lighter. It's supposed to have lights flashing on the green parts on the side, but only work part of the time. The lighter does function properly when there is fuel in it. When you receive it you will have to fill it with fuel. It is unlawful to send it through the mail with fuel in it. The lighter is 2 3/4" high, and 1 1/4" wide, it weighs between 2 and 3 oz. I'll pay for shipping only in the U.S. I will ship outside of the U.S. but only if the buyer pays shipping. If you should live close, and would like to stop to pick it up you are more than welcome to do so.Thank You for looking
