Actually 1950 is not too early for a battery operated watch. I had a Pulsar examined by my local jeweler, a family business since 1953. He has sold Pulsar watches for years and knows them well and told me mine was from the 1950's. I have my eye on this one you have listed. It seems the days are dragging by though. Can't wait! Bidding now.
