Yeah it's like they think they're going to get a fast one over the seller. That's the whole reason I do tracking numbers. Got burnt once because of it, someone tried to say they never got their item, even with tracking, and I ended up getting neutral feedback for it and they said I harassed them and it was just all lies and now I'll never have that taken off. People just need to stop trying to get everything for free, stop breaking the rules and let the good people do what they need to do! :)

yeah it's getting rough! That's why I stopped on ebay, got scammed and paypal wouldn't even listen to it, they sided with the "buyer" who got "hacked" and I never went back to ebay. I like lista more, most of the people here are awesome :)

oh I know! I have had people tell me I'm rude when I send a message back asking politely for a verified address and I even explain how to do so if they don't know how. I mean I am nothing but polite when replying to people, and they still don't get it. I block them and move on. I asked Listia what to do on the matter and they said if they don't give an address, you don't have to refund the credits, so I even started putting that in my description, I won't refund for neglecting to read the description because Listia says you have to have a verified address. It's getting out of hand...and it sucks for those who follow the rules.

yep, it is in the rules , they get mad but I always tell them if your read the description and choose to ignore what is there , not my fault, I always point out to them the rules are in place to protect the buyer AND the seller.
