Thank you so much for looking at my auction of a necklace I created myself with silver-tone chain and findings and paper beads created by fellow Listian katieplus5711

Katie creates some really great beads, so please check out her auctions! She has some great stuff listed right now. :) Find her by going to the bottom of any Listia page and click on the small link that says FIND A USER. Enter katieplus5711 and there you go! You will find both her items and also some of mine, as I have a few pieces listed already that were created with Katie's wonderfully fun beads.

I used 56 paper beads on this necklace, on a total of 43 charms. The total length of the necklace currently is 19 inches (approximately 47cm). I can shorten it for you if you wish, please let me know if you are the winner of the auction. :)

Despite having so many beads, the necklace is very lightweight. The beads are water-resistant, but not water-proof, so you should not wear it swimming, bathing, or standing in a Scottish rainstorm. :)

I am sorry to have to say this, but recently I had someone play games with me and demand his credits back right after I shipped the item. there are a lot! I had made about 20 less charms originally, and when I put it together it just didn't look right, so I kept adding charms until it did (to me at least!) :)

how long is this you said you can make it shorter I have a larger than average neck can you add extender? love your stuff!

It's currently 19 inches but I can extend it...whether or not I can make it long enough for you depends on how long you need it to be (I have only small amounts remaining of some chains, and this is one of them).

How long do you need it? This design is intended to be worn close to the neck---it's going to hang COMPLETELY DIFFERENTLY if it is extended. Realistically, this really shouldn't be much longer than it is, or the intended design is likely to be lost.
