This is a completely magnetic necklace, choker length. I wore it for my migraines. I can't anymore because I have a pacemaker. It did help.

This has a magnetic closure, graduated magnetic beads, so it looks nice as well, so no one realizes you are wearing a magnetic necklace, they just think its jewelry. As you can see in the picture, its attracted to itself, showing the magnetic properties.
