i been here along time so if you need any help just let me know thanks if you win the auction you have to wait 24 hours then click the things did not go as planned button on the item page you won and click refund credits and i will refund your credits that is how it works you just dispute the sale and then give a reason why you dont want the item like could not pay shipping and then click submit and then i will get an email i click refund winners credit and you get your credits back if you need any help just email me
