The listing, lapis skirt/dress has ended.

a black Lapis garmet. It can be used as either a skirt or a dress. Very dressy. One size.

I have posted two pictures that show what it looks like as a skirt and another as a dress. As a dress the zipper (when is down) reveals a pretty row of little jewel like decoration.

I was planning on shipping with a medium flat rate box, And those are $11.25. If you have any other suggestions I would love to hear about it.

Well.... the tag says one size. The top part is really stretchy. I hope that answers your questions.

Will you see how far your can stretch the top ,without cause omg damage of course, and let us know. Sometimes it's a little stretchy to allow room, and others are very stretchy. A true one size fits all. I'd love this dress, but for 10$ I've got to be sure. Thanks for the speedy reply! F&w

I got it stretch out as far as 22 inches. just the skirt. I think it would fit up to a 34 inch waist. Sorry I am not an expert when it comes to those things.

MsJoey I decided to try to squeeze the skirt in to a small flat rat box and was JUST able to fit it in. Therefore I lowered the shipping cost. Hope it helps!

May I suggest that you NOT ship this in the small flat rate box.. but rather the padded flat rate envelope. its the same costs I believe and much more suitable for this item.. also.. You have stated $3.99 for shipping, you must honor that shipping costs..

lastly will you accept Paypal for the shipping money? LMK thanks

Yes, I am aware that I stated $3.99 for shipping cost. It was a mistake on my part but I plan on honoring that. I will look into finding the padded flat rate envelope and yes I do accept Paypal.
