Neither are actually stamped on the coin..
That is how much a silver round weighs ( .841 oz ).. One troy ounce.. It is identical to this one listed on eBay

The info is mostly correct, just a little jumbled. :)
It's made of sterling silver (.925; which is not pure silver) and has an actual silver weight (ASW) of 0.841 troy oz. Therefore, it contains 0.841 troy oz of silver.
