Very nice like new black and blue gaudy ring. The colors of the ring are so mesmerizing they draw you in. I'm not sure in the size. It's to big for my pinky and will fit nice on my ring finger.

I'm so sorry about your niece if I hadn't promised my granddaughter that I had her a surprise then sure I would have had no problem at all and you wouldn't have had to give me anything in return.
