i HAVE HAD THIS PIN FOR Many Years..Before then I recieved it from another lady who owned it for many many years....I will take a pic of it in the daylight and see if it brings out more of it beauty that way...it is so Beautiful.....to see it is to want to own it...

from wing to wing is 2 1/2 inches & from head to tail is 1 1/2 inches..

I don't really know but it has been with me for quite sometime, and I just looked at it, I save all my Jewelry for my Grand daughters, But I don't think they are old enough to really know the vintage behind the pin..I guess you have to have some experience like your gram and I.....I will also put it a little gift box when I send it out...
