Tech N Go is the brand not sure on company. Great speaker though. Out of all the ones I have tried this outranks them all. The sound is so undistorted and amazing especially when connected to n android or i-phone or other cell phone.

how long does charge last (aprox.) colors very....are they new? what are the specs?

They are new. 3 watts of sound and 36mm driver. I have tried other portable speakers that are portable for my laptop and Android and this is by far the best! Charge lasts quite a while, it has a lithium ion battery in it.
