The listing, I-Home Webcam for Laptop has ended.

This webcam is approximately 2 1/2 inches long and will clip onto a laptop or notebook that has a thickness of about 1 inch. The spring-loaded base opens to slide onto the top or side of the laptop or notebook, then plugs into the computer. It will take snapshots and has a focus adjustment. It is complete with software and manual of instructions for use.
