But plane tickets are expensive and who really wants to go past airport security?Nah, why not just visit Africa from home by putting some Afro tunes in the stereo and cooking some mean chicken moambe. This incredible dish of chicken in peanut sauce is eaten throughout Central Africa. Here is my version, adapted for American kitchens.
