is it same as one they sell in big bottles of 16oz? one that is shampoo and conditioner together and doesnt foam?

I believe it is, it says cleansing conditioner the directions say to add a splash of water to create a foaming effect but no detergents so it will not lather. I hope that answers your question, if not let me know.
