Description

The listing, Sashay and Swing Crystal Bling earrings handmade by pamreily has ended.

I decided to call these earrings I created "Sashay and Swing Crystal Bling". They are dripping with 11 crystal beads each in clear, black and indicolite/tourmaline. The french style earring wires are silver-tone. The earrings measure just over 2 inches in length (about 55mm).

Like all of my jewelry, they are new, created by me, and have never been worn by anyone. On occasion I take a photo of a necklace that I am wearing just for that minute, but I do not ever do this with earrings--I think it's gross and would not expect you to pay your credits out on used jewelry.

I am sorry to have to say this, but recently I had someone play games with me and demand his credits back right after I shipped the item. Therefore, please understand that bidding is final and if you are the winner of this auction the credits are MINE and the item is YOURS. Please act like an adult and consider your bids carefully. My photos are pretty clear and I am always happy to answer any questions! :) Thanks for reading!

I really do hate having to say this, but PLEASE do not spread your negativity in my comments section. I am here to have fun and if you are not I promise I will block you if you choose to be rude in my auction.

Please don't come in here and spam my comments. Ads left for off-Listia stuff WILL be hidden.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT I FOLLOW LISTIA RULES and you must do the same. If you do not enter your address into the Listia system for verification, I will not ship your item. It is a simple process that is quick and easy--and required.

I fan everyone back who fans me, so PLEASE do not TELL ME to fan you back.

Remember...FREE SHIPPING in the USA and Canada! :)

To find my other auctions, search for my name...PAMREILY. I put it in my item titles so you can find me more easily. :)

Above all, HAVE A GREAT DAY!! :)

My 2 cents about matching sets.......not only is it costly to make or for that matter, buy a set, I've found women really don't like matching sets these days. It's just too much of one theme. A lot more mixing of different styles than exact matching is going on.

Interesting perspective, and much appreciated 2 cents! THANKS!! :)

I think matching is nice, but I agree that from what I see on other ladies, mixing is more popular in urban areas at least.

I recently created a necklace with matching earrings, but that makes more sense to me than a bracelet that matches earrings...they are close together and if you didn't wear any other statement pieces it would look cool, but it's also a very limited look and can make a person look a little too themed. (the set I made is actually themed on purpose--it's for the holiday season)

I guess it's all about personal preferences, and some people love to match while others love to mix it up.

Personally, what throws me off about the requests for matching items is that it feels like the person is telling me that what I am offering isn't good enough to stand on it's own and needs something else to make it a whole product. Consciously I know that is not what they are trying to say, but I struggle constantly with confidence so that is what my mind ends up thinking.

hi I was wondering how much it would cost to get a sterling plated or sterling ear wires on this I really love this ( Ive gotten your stuff before :) ) but can only wear precious metals. Thanks so much! Oh and dont lose your confidence some peeps like matching sets (like me bff) and some dont it has nothing to do with how nice your stuff is I dont personally always match at all but my bff likes to and we are in nyc. Its personal preference :) not a comment on how nice your stuff is it is very very very nice!!

I do have a small amount of solid sterling earwires now but I can't switch these out for them...sorry. They are smaller than the earring wires on these and I don't think they would look right. The earring wires on these came with the dangle below them.

Thanks for the compliments on my work tho! :) I listed a set yesterday--Christmas themed necklace with matching earrings.

Have a great day!

Sorry, but no--I got the clear crystals here on Listia, and they are very special...I cannot expect to make enough credits off one of my pieces to make it worth using that many of them. I use around 100 beads on each of my bracelets, and it would cost me between 2000 and 5000 credits just to get the beads. I put a LOT of time into my bracelets, and with supplies that are that costly, I would likely get nothing at all for my time. Sorry for the disappointment, but thanks for writing! :)

I can, however, make a bracelet that would coordinate with these earrings, using some of the bi-cone beads with clear faceted glass beads--if you would be interested in that, please let me know. :)

Thank you! :) And thanks for your compliments on the Chains of Love necklace...I will not be making anything like that again...the beads were OOAK. Especially with statement necklaces like that, I try not to copy myself, either. Sorry you missed out! Thanks for stopping in, tho!

More on "Matching sets" I think you're right Pam, Peeps today don't wish to be "over themed" or "over stated on a theme". That's the Vintage look. Some peeps are stuck in those eras but the majority progress with the current fashion. Too, gift givers tend to gift sets thinking it makes the gift more special but thats the gift that usually ends up sitting in the jewelry box. lol

I agree completely...matching is vintage. Nothing wrong with vintage if that's your thing, but I am kinda a wildcat so matching on myself seems boring. :) The only reason I can think of where I would want two pieces that matched would be a formal event where I was wearing something simple and black. Thanks for writing this! :)
