Description

The listing, Original vintage Knickerbocker Raggedy Andy has ended.

This Raggedy Andy doll stands a whopping 5" tall (even without stilts!). I suspect he's older than I am, but don't know his age - he's not talking. He's definitely been used; could use a bath; has a tiny hole in his britches as well as a worn hole in the uppermost corner of his hat. He still has the original Knickerbocker tag attached. He's great for the collector that strives for the "real" thing rather than reproductions.

Anyone else would be a better judge on the origination date than I would. I wasn't provided any information on it when I acquired it. Thanks for the input.

I don't recall ever having a Raggedy Ann or Andy, but I've made up for it. I made one of each. They stand about 28" tall. My husband bought them from me so that he could display them in his antique car. Thanks for F & W!
