This dress is gorgeous and is a size 10 girls. The veil is also very beautiful and the detailing on the dress, veil, and purse match fairly well. This ensemble has only been worn three times and is a VERY AMAZING LOT IN EXCELLENT CONDITION!!! The gloves pictured here are no longer available but everything else pictured here is included! Hi there. Yes it is very gently used. Looks like new! I'm not sure what you are asking though. I think "have to be used" is probably reffering to a wedding ensemble such as "something old, something new, something borrowed, and somthing blue." Hope this helps.
