I live in zone 5 and have been growing them for 5+ years. These come from last falls harvest. I do not use any chemicals in my garden. After planting, when vines are multiplying, you can use leaves and vines in salads or stir fry them. Be sure to leave enough leaves for the plant to continue to grow and produce potatoes. In fall, wait til first frost that will kill the vines, but sweeten the potatoes...then harvest, don't wash them and leave them set in warm sun for about a week to harden the skin. Then store in dry cool place and enjoy your harvest all winter long. Use GIN and receive 4 slips.
