Description

The listing, Fishing Sinkers, 70 oz of round sinkers has ended.

My boyfriend is a long time diver. He found these in the Niagara River off Buffalo, NY. They were cleaned up to remove fishing line and bottom dirt, washed in acid to remove any algae, rust or oxide buildup, then sorted into similar sized and type of weights.

This is for 70+ ounces of round flat sinkers with wire loops. Other sellers have sinkers listed for a buy-it-now price of 10,000 points and more shipping costs. These are starting at 100 points, and I am asking for $5.00 for priority mail shipping.

Payment can be made by well-secured cash, money order, check or Paypal. If these go for over 6,000 points, I will waive the shipping costs! Happy bidding!

Will you combine shipping if I get more than one lot? You can ship them in a small flat rate box for 6.00. I just got 500 weights off here the other day.

Let me know if you win more than one box, then I will combine them for the actual shipping costs. They are already packaged in the small flat rate boxes and weigh between 3 - 5 lbs. each. They were secured in double bagged plastic bags, then bubble plastic wrapped to prevent the contents from sliding around. At my $5.00 per box shipping rate, I would have ponied up the additional 1 - 2 dollars per box for flat-rate Priority Mail shipping.

Well I want to know how much shipping is going to cost on all 3 sets you have listed cause if it's more than 6.00 I am not interested. The box I got in the mail weight about 15lbs and it only cost 6.10 to ship.

The four boxes of sinkers weghts about 18 - 20 lbs. There are about 4- 5 lbs of weights in each box. Postage is based on shipping distance, size of box and weight! The trick is to fit the contents into a Priority Mail Flat Weight Box and send at the set cost. The boxes I chose to package them in (Small Flat Weight Priority Mail) go for around $6.10, like the one you have just received. My sinkers take up about 40-60 % of the space.in each box. To put three or all four sets of weights, even without any packing materials (to avoid shifting and in-transit misopening) MIGHT NOT FIT into a Small Flat Rate box. I offered to send at cost, which MAY be the next larger box, possibly $12.00 for shipping. If they will fit securly in a $6.10 box, that is what I will send, If they have to fit into a next size larger box, that is what you will get! I WILL NOT reopen the 4 sealed boxes NOW,and play around with fitting them into one box, then resorting and repackaging into the 4 boxes again! Please bid accordingly, if you win, I wll make every effort to accomodate your shipping economy!

These would have went high if you would have done free shipping. Looks like your not going to get much charging shipping though.
