1 x Slim IDE 133 / 100 to SATA Converter Adapter, 1 x SATA cable, 1 x pwr cable for adapter.

This converts either a HD or CD/DVD IDE to SATA!
They work great, I am using 3 of them in my computer as we speak!

IE:This looks as if it converts SATA to IDE. If you have a board with only sata, you can use your old IDE drives using this.

this is the other way around jesse! this will enable you to use your SATA drive on Your old IDE motherboard.

no drivers required! just plug and play, and yes, this is the one you want to use IDE HDD on a SATA MOBO
