Yes it is fitted, I have not noticed any stains.. I am very careful how I post things :) it says yellow contoured terry on the tag, hope that helps

TY! I have bought some that said contoured but they just have elastic all the way around. Like a one size fits all. They are sloppy on the pad because they don't have seams in the corners. Will be bidding as soon as some other auctions are over.
