This is a medium size collar. I'm afraid it would be much too large for your tiny pup. I have a chihuahua mix and have several collars made that are tailored to his size. I'll see about posting a couple of those!

I would think so but I can't promise you. The medium usually fits most "normal" size dogs. (in between tiny and huge) :0)
