These batteries r brand new frm Walmart,I just bought them like 3 weeks ago. O tried to take a pic so u could see but guess not. But I will personally return your credits and pay the shipping back to me if there out of date!!!

hey tony if its illegal to ship lithium batteries, then why did you bid on this auction. as far as i know it not illegal. i looked it up on the usps mail site. nothing states that you can't mail these batteries
