This is a brand new, never used, Julep nail polish. The color name is Eva. It is a very deep, dark fushia, "very hot" pink color. Julep nail polish's retail for 14.00 each.

I can't speak for the seller, but I've been a Maven for quite awhile. The older polishes were not wrapped in plastic or sealed. They just started wrapping their polishes in plastic with the July boxes. I think Eva is an older color that would have come sealed.

TY For your comment. I do not belong to the Julep Maven club yet. But, when I received this as a gift, it was not "sealed". Its a 100% full bottle. I've never even opened it up. Appreciate it very much for your clarification on the Julep nail polish's. as to when they started to seal their bottles.

Brand new and has not been used or tested. The bottle is full. Did not come with a seal on it. This is not from the Julep, Maven club. There was no seal ever no this one.
