It's a true large. I wear a 38D it fits me but because it's a petite it's a little tight in bust/shoulders. Hope this helps! ;<)

yes it does. most Ps are shorter in length like pants. which help me. I'm short legged, long waisted so most P shirts are a tad short for me. Gotta love the manufacturers that think a L doesn't mean someone is busty. LOL Thanks
