1 new black size 1-15 plastic ring mandrel sizer stick with 1/4" graduation size marks. Overall length is 12 1/2"s long. THIS IS THE BEST PART!!!!****There is a groove on the back of the mandrel which allows for measuring rings with gemstones. Handy jewelers tool for measuring ring size .
