Description

The listing, Vintage doll has ended.

Don't know the history behind this doll. Given to me by 70 yr old friend This belonged to her aunt. The doll is 18" tall. The torso of this doll has been created from a coarse fabric and stuffed, thus her arms and legs are moveable. Her head & neck, first 2 1/2" of her hands and lower 4 1/4" of her legs (including her shoes) are either porcelain or china. As can be seen from the pictures, the neck/shoulder portion was broken, but has been repaired. She wears a handmade dress trimmed in lace and ribbon with zipper in back. I collect many things, but not dolls. Hoping someone is anxious to add her to their collection.

yup...i basically started by looking for vintage dolls...then went to porcelain. Ebay isnt the definitive place for pricing, but it does have so many things to figure out what you have to begin with :)
