Hi,

If you specify Free Shipping in your auction, it must be unconditional. This means that you cannot add conditions within your auction for shipping to be free. If you are going to email, you need to update your description. Also, the quality of your work is to be the same no matter what the bid.

So Moderator Phil. How come is see people adding stuff to let's say a laptop if the bid is high enough. Like they add a mouse if it goes over an amount? Isn't that the same thing?
