Questions & Comments
Shipping seems high, won't this easily fit in a USPS Flat Rate box? (5.35 I believe with free delivery confirmation)? Also, what model is it? .. You can hit the Reply button under the persons comment , that way they will get an email showing you replied ! :)
The $10.00 is for delivery insurance purposes in case it gets damaged in any way on the way to whomever wins. It will pay for a brand new one on my end then i can reship it to whomever has won.
USPS offers Flat Rate boxes, the smallest is about $5.35 and includes delivery confirmation, check online... Insurance doesn't cost nearly $5 more, so your $10 is a bit excessive.. Also, you don't state what methods of payment you accept?
you're funny, were not a shipping company like UPS, we fabricate displays and do a lot of acrylics and we cant have items showing up broken cause of faulty packaging. so we use duplicate and package it and drop test the packages then open them up to make sure they aren't damaged. that way we know if we can pack that way or if we need to make modifications. so wrap it in foam so that it fills a flat rate $5.35 box from USPS and it will be fine.
This item don't need insurance. If you ack it good in a bubble wrap envelop and the out side write fragile the item will get to the winner with out any scratch.
i know what happens at the post office, i don't really care. if you pack it safe it will arrive safe. the business i'm in we package things up and see if we can destroy them thru the packaging. and if you pack it good, it wont get broken. and i've already been scammed for 15 bucks shipping on a psp. so im not paying shipping, i would rather take my chances and i think you should give that option to the buyers. otherwise, credits aren't going to reach where you want. i mean are you on here to make 10 bucks, or lots of credits to win someone else's auction?? if you're here to make 10 bucks, then list it on ebay
what company do you belong to, so i know not to go through them? youre asking for trouble if you are testing packages that arent yours. In the long run, that would cost the company money.....
For an item such as this, it would be very wise on both mine and the buyers part to have insurance on the psp. Things get tossed about through the mailing process, and we all know how fragile electronic items can be. That is why im putting mailing insurance on this item.
