This is a black sweater by Moda Interenational which is a Victoria's Secret brand.It's in great shape, was only worn a few times. It is 85% silk and 15% cashmere. It is a turtle neck but only about an inch. There are ruffles on the front. The sweater is ribbed from the waist down. The pictures make it look faded but it is not. It's a beautiful sweater and i hate giving it up but its not my size. I noticed that it looks like there are white stains. I just checked the sweater and it white lint from another sweater.
