It may be a little more than $1.80 in the wal-mart boxes..because of the weight, but maybe cheaper than the flat rate.

Since he's so small, you may be able to go to wal-mart and buy one of their small boxes it will fit in, and ship it for like $1.80 or so. Just a money saving suggestion. Also the small flat rate boxes any where in the US and up to 70 lbs is $4.95
