Ummm you say nothing is broken but it does look like the one in front on the wheel is missing 2 handles. And a fish is missing part of his tail!!

Well I have these same one but bigger and I see clearly with my eyes thoses two white spots on the top of the one wheel is where the tips of the wheels are suppose to be, just trying to help you out cause if you give these to someone (and you say their not broke or missing parts)and turns out it is or they see that you will get negative feed back but ok what ever. :)
