This is LG or what brand with what provider?

Does it have videocamera capability? Is it a SmartPhone with GPS? Does it have an app called TeleNav or any driving-direction app? Can I have the phone's serial number so I can call T-Mobile and make sure that it's compatible with my account? Does it have QWERTY keyboard? Is it a touch screen or not?
