I worked for a Company for a few yrs called, Pearl Factory, which was founded in 1927, and was the very 1st to specialize in the "Pearl in the Oyster," experience! Which most of us know now, as picking out an oyster, shucking it open, and revealing a pearl!

However, the reason I am explaining all of this, is because I am pretty knowledgeable, experienced, and well versed in the world of pearls! Haha!

But with that being said, I just wanted to add, that even though Pink Pearls are actually the most valuable, Black Pearls are the most rare!

In fact, in the almost 3 yrs of working there, I probably shucked around 20some Oysters during each shift, but only ever came across a total of 3 Black Pearls!

So not only is this Piece absolutely stunning, but if these Pearls weren't found in Tahitian Waters, they are also extremely rare!

Yes they are, I worked at Rogers Jewelers long ago, like back in the after high school days, and the black pearls were always more expensive because they are rare, thanks so much for stopping by and the best of luck if you are bidding :)
