Brand New in clam shell package.

This is a nice retractable leash for small breeds. I have a couple that I use with my Jack Russells, but it is not quite heavy enough for my 20 lb. mix, he is just too strong and breaks the springs. But if your dog is good on leash and does not pull then you shouldn't have any trouble.

I have one I use with my chihuahua, and she has not problem with it. I think this is a size meant for the smaller dogs like them. I think my chihuahua is almost 5 lbs, if that. so yours should be find with it.

I replied directly on the auction page. I have a chihuahua, and she uses it with no problem. I think this leash is the smallest size which would be for her size.
