Red beautify lace tutu. It has feathers, brand new. I bought it but my daughter won't wear it. I love it, its beautiful. It will fit an 18 month old. But not a 2 year old unless she's petite. It stretches out a lot.

The whole outfit, the waist lining has some glitter circles that just makes the whole outfit look perfect. Whoever takes this, won't regret it. ;)
