Thats a hard question to answer. For the most part it would fit a typical 13 year old, but it also depends on their size. If she normally wears a junior medium it should fit her. Its stretchy material so fitting into it shouldnt be a problem. Worst case senario it would just be a little loose. I hope this helped a bit!
