It should be inside where the battery is. Also is the esn clear, or do you not know? let me know, thanks. Also please click "reply" when you respond to my question. I wouldn't have known you responded at all if I had not looked at this page again lol

No problem. If you go to www.checkesnfree.com, you can check the ESN on it. Just look for the spot on the label under the battery where is says MEID HEX. It will start with A--------.

That will tell you if it is able to be reactived with Verizon. Even if it can't be, it can still be unlocked to be used with a SIM-card based carrier like AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.

Thank you once again konakenny7. I went to the website like you said. And entered in the number and it said " the ESN/MEID/IMEI you provided is clean. Model: blackberry® storm2™ 9550 smartphone"

@konakenny7 Verizon does not use sim cards but it can be flashed if the ESN was bad.

Might want to double check your facts. Verizon uses SIM cards on their world-capable phones like Blackberries, as well as in their new LTE devices. In the LTE units, however, the SIM is there for data access only, not for the voice access.
