Phillips is a well known manufactuers of electronics. This is about mid-line cam, but has a surprizing good picture, depending, (of course, like with any camera) the light source and availibity. It won't shoot in the dark, of course, but has a little light on it which helps. You don't have to be a professional photographer, like me, to use it. It takes good closeups, but why would you want to use it for anything else? To anwser your question, it has worked well for me...splendid, as a matter of fact, but I no longer see a use for it. Great communication device.
As with the Blue Tooth, I am not going to research weather or not customs will allow a certain item. If I were to ship, it would be at the bidder's risk.
This camera is three years old. It has only been used by a little old middle-aged lady from Clackamas, OR......who's hardly able to get around the monitor without her walker. LOL...Actually that is not far from the truth. Specs on the CD read, "Phillips SPC 700 N C/00 PC Camera Installation CD v2.00" If you input that into a search engine, I imagine Amazon or someone will give you a review of this cam.
Yeah, then you would have the privilage of adding to the landfill. Actually, the packaging merely amounted to moulded plastic and cardboard with the name Phillips on it. Of course, the disc will come in a sleeve.
