1945 Reversible Walking Liberty Gold Plated Half Dollar Necklace. Slight wear before gold plated, but very fine detail on eagle's feathers and Liberty's wheat bunch in hand. Can wear it showing either the front or back of the coin. Value is somewhere between $145 and $185.

By costume jewelry, do you mean that the chain and the surrounding decoration that is around the coin is not real gold? I do not know the caliber of the gold chain or the surrounding coin holder, weather it is 10k, 18k or just gold plated. I received the piece as a gift.
