I cannot tell for sure. It looks like about a girls size 14 to me. I try to find things others will like and that is my guess.. It may be 12. It just says small. The sleeves look long and skinny.

This is a girls size, I don't think it would fit a junior size.

I got it at a yard sale. Buttoned up it is about 14 inches across in the front so about 28 around. It meaures about 20 inches down. From the shoulder the sleeves go 25 inches down.The width of the sleeves are 5 inches so about 10 inches around. I hope this helps you and everyone else who is watching. I just about didn't list it because I was not sure who it might fit. It is so darling. I hope someone thinks it is just right. I would hate to see someone disappointed,
