This is a witch dress with collar and red spider pendant sewn to the dress. There are spiderweb arm covers; I call them that because they are not sleeves. It is made by The Limit by Disguise Inc. My granddaughter wore it once last year. It is super long; 55" from shoulder in collar to bottom. It measures 24"-34" in the bust; unstretched and stretched. It has a 2 on the tag, don't know if that is the size or group size.
