Questions & Comments
I remember buying packets like this when first started collecting stamps in the 1950's! 15 stamps for a quarter wow--of course a mint first class US commemorative stamp at the time cost only 3 cents each! Guess have to blame inflation as we print more and more money to pay our national debt, decreasing its value. Heaven only knows what the $6 trillion added over just the last three years will do to the inflation the country has to deal with. That 3 cent first class stamp will probably soon cost over $1?
I dont doubt that. Right now however, we are still one of the cheapest countries to mail a first class letter. In country anyway. International postage is another thing!
