Tag says 6-9 mos, but depending on the size of your kid's noggin' that may vary a bit. The doll that the hat is posed on has a head about the size of my preschooler (who also preceeded to put the hat on, trying to convince me we should keep it) So it can be worn small on a bigger head. :-)
100% Cotton. No stains or tears, very nice condition! I took some photos of the bow on front and the fabric pattern as well.
