Just checking, can you please confirm that is the actual card in the picture?
(I realize that Listia's policy doesn't permit using third-party images, but sometimes new Listian's make this mistake.) Thanks.

I do not have a picture of the actual card. I have permission from COMC to use these pictures. Thanks.

Well, you're posting at Listia, so that's the policy you need to abide by when you list. . But at minimum, to be honest, you really should clearly state in your description that the images you use are NOT your actual items, otherwise, that is certainly misleading, whether it's intentional or not.

Can you please point me to this policy? Thanks. And there is really no reason to be rude. I'm pretty sure that is against Listia policy as well.

I wasn't be rude at any point. Someone else asked this question in another one of your auctions and you were rude to them, so I expected you were engaging in the same practices with this auction and was hoping you could upload images of the actual cards being auctioned, as I'm seriously interested. Listia users examine images included with a listing in order to discern the quality of the item. Your using an image you merely found on the Internet and not disclosing it is not actually your item is misleading. If you're going to grab pix from the Net, at least disclose it's not the actual item you are selling.

Here's the link, using images of someone else's items falls under a few different areas of Listia's rules, the statement recommending against using stock images, "Seller intentionally misrepresents the listed item" and "Mis-representing your listings and items."

"WELL, YOU'RE POSTING AT LISTIA" is rude. And you do not own Listia. I have done nothing against Listia rules. But to pander to people like you, I have added an edit to all my auctions (that I could as some were under 24 hours to go). And I did not simply pull my pictures off the net. I have been selling on the internet for two decades and I am not a newbie. Please do not bid on my auction as I do not need to deal with people like you.Thank you.

Okay. I actually posted after seeing another auction of yours of interest where you were extremely rude to person who merely asked if the images were of the actual cards. You are reading things, like inflection, into my post. "Well you're posting at Listia" was in reference to the fact that, even if you got permission to use pictures of someone else's cards, you are doing an auction at Listia and you need to abide by their rules. I think I can trump your background. I've ran online marketing at 3 major brands, have writing recommended by several major b-schools on online marketing, etc. But I can do something you apparently cannot. I can read Listia's policy. I've reported your auctions for violating their rules.

Pal, I don't really care. Just try being honest and not being obnoxious so much, although clearly, you're oblivious to your obnoxious behavior.

BTW, Jesus would like you take down your post to the Christian radio station if you're going to continue to be such an abrasive and nasty individual. Something about a second greatest commandment.
