You can use the macro feature on your camera to take a close up picture of the stamp inside the ring - it'll show up that way. Also, @leenre2011, it looks like yellow gold. @shawnjessie - there are a few types of gold... yellow, white (which looks silver but is gold), rose and maybe more. The bidder was asking the color of the gold and this appears to be basic yellow gold.

You also may want to find out the diamond weight to get more bidders. Is it an 1/8th carat? 1/16th carat (a chip essentially)? The more info. the better for your auction. From the top view, the diamond looks good sized but from the side view, it's more clear. Very pretty though and I'm sure it will sell well!! Fanned you :-)
