Bought pre-owned from Gamestop but was only played a few times because shortly after we bought a PS3. There are minor scratches from playing, but it doesn't affect the game. Still plays great last time we played it. It didn't come with a booklet, but its pretty easy to understand or you can look it up on the net for any info you need.
