The listing, Genuine Blood Red Drilled Howlite Mystical Human SKULL Goth Wiccan Amulet VooDoo has ended.
Howlite is a borate mineral used in a multitude of crafts and jewelry applications. Howlite was discovered near Windsor, Nova Scotia in 1868 by Henry How (1828 – 1879), a Canadian chemist, geologist, and mineralogist - thus the name. Howlite's natural state is white with fine grey or black veins in an erratic, often web-like pattern. It has a Mohs hardness of 3.5 - 4. This skull has been carved into the shape of a human skull and dyed red. It's size is roughly 1 x 1 inch. It is approx. 1/4 inch thick. It looks the same from both sides. It has been drilled from top of skull to bottom of teeth, top to bottom, thru the middle and is ready for stringing. Can easily glue a finding to the back or top to use in jewelry applications. Also great incorporated in crafts projects. And because it is a skull, it can be used as an amulet, charm or spell casting agent. Hard, tough and wicked. How will you use it? Halloween is only 2 months off. Christmas is only 4 months away. Time to get started on those special projects!
