This listings is for one of the exact pieces shown in the picture. I was a piercer for more than a decade and a half and have about 1800 pieces left. If you don't see something you need in my other listings, I can create another listing if I have it in stock. Every piece is 14 gauge surgical stainless steel unless otherwise stated and every piece is new and unused. HI! I recently got one of these (not from you but same one) and my piercer said they were bad quality because the loopy part was to narrow. I was wondering if the Hello Kitty ones were the same narrowness because I can't get those into my nose. Thanks

quality is in the actual jewelry, not style per se...these are meant to be twisted in, such as a screw

I know it should be twisted in the one I got was just too narrow and I was wondering if the hellokitty one was narrow like the skull one?
